When it comes to such an expensive machine - we want to take good care of it! These dust caps fit snuggly on the shank of your bit to help stop dust from falling into the machine.
Adjust the cap on the shank to where you find more comfortable - but it should sit close to the top of your hand piece wth no rubbing or friction. Because these are made of plastic (not silicone) they can be left on during your usual disinfection process.
